Build Cost:
- Liaising with the architect and our structural engineer to produce a set of manufacturing drawings as well as Calcs for Building Control.
- Manufacturing the external SIP wall panels and internal stud wall sections along with the SIP roof panels.
- Supplying roof trusses, floor joists and decking.
- Fitting floor joists and decking.
- Fitting SIP roof trusses (the roof was stepped). The first section of the roof used our SIPs roof panels which cantilevered some three meters creating a large balcony area, the remaining two sections used conventional roof trusses.
