Our designers worked closely with the architect on this 5,000 square foot house, which was a little deceptive from the front as it appeared to be a bungalow with a room in the roof, while from the rear it looked like a house with a relatively shallow roof.
Due to the complexity of the roof design, which had in the region of nine pyramid sections intersecting each other, as part of the design process and in an attempt to keep costs down some of the roof sections were cut on-site. Only the warm roof sections were constructed from structural insulated panels.
