Before the production of our SIP panels can begin, every building system must be designed to accommodate individual project needs and site specifications to ensure the highest quality, durability, and suitability.
At Sips UK we have an experienced design team based in-house at our factory in Rushden. This allows them to be involved at every stage of the production process, ensuring that both the functional and aesthetic design requirements of each client are carried through in the manufacture.
Once an order has been placed, our designers work closely with every customer to better understand the intended application of their SIP building and their subsequent needs. Working from architectural drawings, they then use the latest SIP design software to produce a 3D representation of the project.
Precision is key in this process and there is little room for errors, with every panel being just as important as the next when providing an offsite manufactured kit. Because of this, our designers work alongside our engineering team to ensure all measurements and calculations are taken into consideration within the building’s design. .
