Structural insulated panels are a highly versatile construction material with a wide range of proven uses and benefits that rival more traditional building methods, and at Sips UK, our core business is the manufacture of these panels.
The core of our business is the design, supply and manufacture of structural insulated kits for new-build homes, roof conversions, and garden rooms for example, which start by using one of the seven different sizes of panel in our range, many of which are purpose-designed and ready for site assembly.
However, we can also offer the following.
- Panel only to be cut and machined by others (please look at our sizing chart).
- We carry an extensive range of stock panel to cover the most popular sizes namly 95mm, 145mm, & 170mm by 1220 x 2440 & 1220 x 6000
- Panels which have been machined to your size and specification using our CNC machine and to your drawings which are then ready for you to insert timbers and assemble. Please send us your drawings in DWG or DXF format, as shown opposite.
We supply panels 1220mm in width and 2440-6000mm length, however we can produce other sizes upon request.
